New tiny sled! Just 60cm tip to base, 2 stages, and about 5kg. It’s not the size of the sled but the motion of the operator 😎

Recently found these old pictures of when I visited Garrett in Philadelphia and got to see the actual original Steadicams he invented! The first being basically a handheld crane and then the original trapezoid sled with the fiber optic eyepiece. incredible bit of film history!
