God, Peacock subtitles and autoplay settings are just trash. Nothing is consistent. Half the time on my laptop I have to close the tab and restart to get it to stop autoplaying; and now on my TV it refuses to show me subtitles, when it had no problem with them yesterday. Get it together!

I know that actors can get pigeonholed into characters that they may not be like in real life. I thought Tim Robbins was a total idiot for several years based solely off of Bull Durham. For years, I've thought Timmy C was a bit of a prick. And this isn't helping my opinion of him one bit.

Yeah, On the Air came out after Twin Peaks and only lasted 8-10 eps I think; and I believe it was cancelled here in the States before it finished airing the last couple of episodes in other countries. I remember almost nothing of it except it was a perfect Lynch show, weird beyond belief.

I had to check - I actually only have a blu-ray player left, but I really wish I had a working VCR for my archival tapes from TV shows - eps of MST3K, Kids in the Hall, all of David Lynch’s On the Air from its original airing! Maybe it’s time to look into a good used electronics shop…🧐
