I want to divest myself from Microsoft in every way that I can. Windows 11 is an ad riddled broken mess, and I am proud that I resisted upgrading to it over the last couple years. I sincerely hope that Valve’s Steam Frame helps make Linux distros more popular and accessible.

Switching to Linux was a bit of a challenge, but a good one! I highly recommend that people who are growing more Linux-curious put the effort in to switch. Anecdotally, it feels like my computer runs better and playing games so far has not been a hassle at all. Also, dual booting is an option.
