I hope you have a great experience. when taking for something like pain, serving size can be so unique to that individual. especially if you've had to use rx pills for pain. I only take 2g per serving but not for pain

start with small serving to determine your sensitivity and then up the dose if you need more. if you are going to need something every night you will need to be very aware of your serving size so that your tolerance doesnt grow and the kratom doesnt work as well

7oh doesnt occur in high enough levels in the kratom plant to extract like THC. there is a semi synthetic process to get enough 7oh for the products you see today. most kratom has less than 0.2% 7oh and cannabis can have 25%+ THC

kratom is just dried and ground-up leaves. most people use as medicine but people will be people and do all sorts of stuff. The extracts like 7oh are where it gets more dicey and semi synthetic
