It made me think of the parade scene in Burton's Batman, not the scene in The Dark Night that was actually filmed here! I suspect Burton's set was inspired by this location, though, and would even suspect that Nolan filmed here as a nod to the 1989 film.

If Martin Atkins was on this, then Koan would be in the web, which is a bit crazy to me! However, I understand leaving him/Pigface off for the reasons stated. It would warp space and time trying to connect all the Pigface lines!
