I bought data boosts but its not clear they are fully being used/carried over. I paid for 3 data boosts last month & it seemed excessive compared to past usage. They couldnt give me any break down of my data usage when asked. Why not? & why then can they tell me I'm out of data? Make it make sense.

Can someone explain to me how @verizon-wireless.bsky.social can tell me I'm out of data but not tell me how much total data I use in a billing period?
