I don't want anyone to feel discouraged to seek help, I have two people really close to my heart that have helped me survive this in the most literal sense, is just a harsh reality that people with depression are treated like death weight when their existence is considered too much to handle

I had an ugly incident last year. When it happened, I decided to be more open about how I was feeling to my small support network, I thought it was a first step towards healing. That support network I thought I had doesn't exist anymore

In my experience, the worst thing about depression is that it makes you feel no one cares about you. But if you are depressed for long enough, it just becomes reality
