For anyone with a Rail & Sail ticket, booked with Trainline, that can't be used due to #Holyhead closure, Trainline customer service are very helpful on Twitter. Sorted my refund that I wasn't able to do on their app/site (due to Advance ticket). Hope you can get sorted.

As far as I can see Stena are accommodating different routes (eg buses to Fishguard) but Irish Ferries aren't. And I'm not sure who can authorise refunds/reroutes here - Trainline or the operator (in my case Irish Ferries).

I've also booked a rail and sail via Trainline - can't even see option of a refund right now, but have yet to phone them. I hope you get some sort of outcome.
