Google has changed the way extensions work which is why you are seeing that message. Our team plans to address it at some point, but it's not even clear there is a way to make it work. Check out the threads below

It depends on how the website shows up in your data. The easiest way to check is to go to www.rescuetime.com/rtx/reports/... and hover over the site you want to categorize and click "More Details". If there is a difference in your personal / business activity, you will be able to change it.
