The main thing that gets in my way when trying to practice is my struggles with drawing from observation. If I can't practice by replicating what I see in real life, then I can barely practice at all. So maybe that should be my starting point.

It's pretty evident that I need to work on my forms. I think the most important things in general are probably forms and values... hmmm. My line confidence isn't great, but it'll get better when I know more what I'm doing, and my accuracy is poor, but that'll come with repetition

Wuling is messing me up because I have to stop every 2 seconds to take a picture. Can this game stop being so gorgeous?

I tried to draw for 5 minutes and started feeling like the fires of hell were creeping up on me so I think I'm fine with going back to refining my factory

I said I'd draw today and yet I have instead only played Endfield since I woke up

I still haven't been feeling great, but I do feel well enough to play AK:E, so I can't be too mad 😋

Maybe I just need to lock myself in a dark room with my iPad and not let myself out until I've finished at least one page of practice

If I make it a thing to just sit down and doodle at least a bit every day, then maybe I'll get more done... the hardest part is starting, but if I trick myself into thinking it won't take long, then it's easier
