I hear what you’re saying and I agree that this was the corrupt supreme court but what was the national security?? I personally feel like US citizens are under attack from trump and this administration. This seems like national security to me.

That’s not true..Congress could have passed legislation or taken action to enforce the insurrection clause, but it did not. Political divisions made that extremely unlikely. Watch how you talk to me. This is information that I’m looking up. As a matter of fact you can unfollow me now

That’s what the Supreme Court and Congress is supposed to be for. That’s why we elect people to congress and senate. Again the Democrats in Congress let we the people down by not stopping this.

The14th Amendment wasn’t applied because the Supreme Court ruled states couldn’t enforce it, and Congress never created a federal enforcement mechanism. Without that, Trump remained eligible to appear on ballots.
This is what I found among other reasons. Citizens could not have stopped this.

Exactly.. my thing is why did the democrats allow this? trump is an insurrectionist and convicted felon. I don’t understand why he was even allowed to run for the presidency.

He is bankrupting this country? While enriching himself and his family/ minions. All the while being cruel , indecent and inhumane . Again, why was this allowed???
