I am pretty tired of making hamantaschen (about 160 made so far), but I'm getting the last batch in tonight because tomorrow baking time will be spent with my old friend the MRI machine.

Third hamantaschen batch: vegan matcha white chocolate almond, with some matcha apricot and raspberry when I ran out of the other filling. They fell apart a little, but they taste all right. #purim #baking #cookies #vegan

The last few years I've done a lemon poppyseed (lemon curd filling, poppyseeds in the dough), but I'm switching it out this year for a fig with orange glaze.

Got back on the treadmill while wearing the new lace-up ankle brace today after 6 weeks in the boot. I think it went okay? We'll find out tomorrow.
