The best option moving forward may be to purchase directly from farmers' markets. I need to research and find Black-owned farms in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia to support and buy from.

However, the produce spoils so quickly that I would have to shop daily just to maintain fresh food. This is ridiculous!

The price of produce has increased significantly, yet the quality has declined—fruits and vegetables seem to expire by day two! A bag of oranges now costs around $8, so in an effort to save money, I buy less than half of what I actually need to allocate funds for other financial obligations. However

I'm not sure if it's the same ladybug, but one keeps finding its way back to me. No matter how many times I've caught it and set it free outside, another always appears.
