Very fond memories of KOTOR, too! I was so amazed I stayed up all night playing it, crashing out at 6 AM because I couldn't stay awake anymore. It *perfectly* captured the vibe of Star Wars.

You'll have to brush up on the config syntax and likely rework the whole conf. The config hierarchy has changed a lot this year, especially with v0.50+.

Same. My brain now "thinks" in Linux first. It's been cool to step back and see that develop, and go: "huh, it wasn't always that way..."

I switched to Linux full-time in 2021.

At first, I was frustrated by how "involved" it all was. But, after forcing myself to be patient and learn, I've come to admire the involvement. It gives me much greater flexibility to configure, mod, or fix however I want.

As a full-time Linux user since 2021: no. But it's also never been easier to be a Linux user. Proton is magic. LSFG-VK is magic. DXVK is magic. LibreOffice is truly excellent. Tiled window managers made me realize how much monitor space I was wasting. The journey has been a joy.
