She is kneeling and cradling the other woman, who sits in her lap, against her shoulder. The second woman, who has lighter skin and dark brown hair, appears to be asleep, and her body is engulfed by plants which appear to be growing from a wound in her chest. The pool surrounding the women has a few small rocks in it, and is surrounded by muddy ground. Behind the women and the pool, grass fades into a forest, and on one side in the background, there is the light of a will-o-wisp illuminating the forest. The sky above them is swirled with shades of blue, purple, and pink like a galaxy, speckled with stars, with one particularly bright star overhead in the distance.
