My wife is registered with a single handed GP with a list of 2500. He and his team know everyone inside out (literally). Appointments always available with in 2 days.

So I’m considering buying an electric car, I was going to buy a Tesla. But I am not going to be seen dead in a Swasticar. The only car dealerships within 109 miles is Ford. But the tariffs are putting me off buying a an American car.

A Floof blockage

I feel we have same dog.. my floof has similar thoughts.

‘I cannot go to vets. Not small animal not farm animal. Must go to dog park instead’

I have to admit that growing up in poverty taught me a lot of valuable skills that I’m genuinely glad I learnt!

Remember when you tube videos commenting on the difference between the UK and the US said things like

‘You have air conditioning and mixer taps’

Rather than:

‘Your elected officials are terrifying the world’

Thats depressing: 40 years ago my Dad was the only Dad picking me up from nursery, 20 years ago I was clearly in the minority at medical school.

I genuinely thought things would be different by the time I was I my 40s.

It’s ok so far. Lots of treats.

It’s certainly the most comprehensive meta-analysis I’ve ever been involved with 🤓

TLDR: non-motor symptoms after stroke are common across domains and guess what? Not a great deal has changed in the last decade. A real wake up call to the field to address this huge unmet need
