I might not be much online in the next couple of days or will replay later to messages or don't replay cause my mom has a surgery today and will be in the hospital for the next few days❤️‍🩹This hospital is a big trigger for me so it won't be easy the next few days that's why I might disappear for a bit

Today is CPTSD Day, a day close to my heart since I'm struggling with this since I got the diagnosis when I was a teenager but since then I'm learning every day to keep going

I was feeling down and my favorite person posted. She often posts when I need it the most. Thank you Tracy and Jesse for being my life savers and Tracy for posting on September 1st Suicide prevention month cause without you both I wouldn't be here anymore and this is the truth. You both saved me🥺❤️‍🩹

I'm proud of anyone who are struggling with their mental health but still get up. Please never forget that you matter and there are people who love you and are happy that you are existing 🫂 If you ever need someone to remind you that you are special and that we need you alive, I will remind you❤️‍🩹

September is suicide prevention month. I know more about suicide than I would like to know about it cause I lost a family member to it.
Another family member and myself have struggled with suicide thoughts and attempts. So please always be kind to other people and always look after your loved ones🫂❤️‍🩹
