Hearing from a variety of sources that the Lewis O’Brien deal is back on, with the midfielder set for a medical with Wrexham. Sounds like it’s progressing very quickly.

Interestingly, in the press release Wrexham and Windass himself mention his role as a midfielder, rather than as a striker, where he also has experience.

This says to me that the role Phil outlined for him is the attacking midfield role that Rodriguez occupied for the tail end of last year.

Ollie’s gonna be in a boot for at least the next two weeks, but the results of his MRI haven’t been made public (that I’ve seen, anyway). I’m thinking he’s out a minimum of four weeks once the season starts, buts a guess.
