Just filled out a web survey with a bunch of Likert-type items. The response categories were in the same order on each item, but not the order you'd expect:
fairly important

very important
Pretty sure "alphabetize response categories" is not best practice in survey design.

We had a great discussion about classroom barriers, safe classroom climates where we aren't afraid of making mistakes, emotions, and things that affect our outcome and efficacy expectations. Also, we all loved Summer's Lego cat! π₯°
