The City of East Point is making some changes and the transition hasn’t been entirely smooth. The mayor said even she was affected by faulty notifications, which told her that her autopay payments had been returned, even though money never came out of her account.

Last week, flooding once again impacted Atlanta’s Westside. Roads were blocked and vehicles stalled.

Residents are raising concerns about stormwater infrastructure and have launched the Stop Flooding Us petition.
