What's the biggest lesson I learned? 💡

Talk with potential customers BEFORE YOU BUILD. If your SaaS doesn't solve a problem, don't expect people to buy it. Learn from these people. And build what they need first, then what they want. I wish I had done more of this. I will next time.

How long did it take me to build? 📅

Calendar time: 11 months
Dev time: About 250 hours

Note to self: Don't take this long next time. 😅

How did I build it? 🛠️

I used Slack Bolt SDK, @prisma.io, @supabase.com, Serverless, @nextjs.org, and @vercel.com. I built the Slack app first, then the web app (auth and payment), and lastly the marketing website.

I work 9-5 and have a family so I had to build it one night and weekend at a time.

Why did I build Agendaful? 🤔

As both an individual contributor and manager, I've struggled with ineffective 1:1 meetings. Existing tools treat meeting preparation as an afterthought. I believe there’s a better way to prepare for 1:1 meetings.
