late last night at the shop- trying our marg with a 6 minute par bake at 550F with just sauce. After the par bake, cheese(s) and a slightly different sauce with the same tomatoes then 6 more minutes. Need a slightly longer 2nd bake but overall loved the parbake method which I stole from Krispy Pizza
