I'm on Android, and one of the primary reasons is because I can have a widget with my to-do list as the biggest thing on my home screen. My ADHD would have me dropping the ball on all of it as well if not for that.

If bots don't take much energy or attention to set up, there could be many different uses for them. Not sure what anyone would gain from this particular behavior, but I also see people I follow reporting similar things more frequently as of late

Not just negative shit. It's just easier to "engage" with a lot of content here, which mostly just means a torrent of likes and reposts. It's better at being social media than Mastodon, in all the ways that keep relationships and engagements at the parasocial level here.

A big part of it is that this app is more psychologically engaging and addicting. It's much harder to doomscroll on CubHub.

If this is allowed to happen to one person it could happen to any one of us.

Artists especially should be going ballistic over this.

What would you do if you lost this place as a source of commission income? Where else does the size of the community come close to here?

With no evidence or statement about what specifically he did to violate this site's rules, just a vague boilerplate message that permanently bans him.

Sure, maybe you don't like Friar. He's been a polarizing figure over his time in the community. But over the past couple years he's been cancelled by the mob without cause or evidence, and deplatformed 3 times. He's already been in a tenuous mental state from all that, and now it happens again.

And I hope the very visible members of our community that are silent about this never make irrational enemies in the next 20 years that you're a babyfur.

Hopefully someone will go to bat for you if you get dog piled and deplatformed.

How much do you move in the day? Walking may help get your energy up.

Divide things up into smaller tasks to make them less overwhelming. Try a to-do list app like Todoist to schedule specific things for specific days so you think less about them but everything still gets done.

I have a hard time finding babyfurs who I can have intelligent conversations about some of my other interests to form deeper connections. But over time I've found a few.

Even if others in your life aren't engaging with it
If it's something you need then it's a worthwhile boundary to set that you need some me time to do those things.

But also just finding some space to engage with ABDL regularly can really, really help. Whether that's wearing diapers or cuddling with a plushie under blankets, just hanging a safe place to do that often is so valuable.
