i hit a period of fatigue in act 2. i was kinda burning out but once i hit act 3, i got the pep in my step again. the story ramps up and there are some really fun (albeit challenging) bosses. at the end, it felt like the perfect companion and expansion of the first game

while concepting the book, this was one of the first dialogues i wrote in my notes app. from the proposal to the script to the editing to the making of the final art, this first exchange with my father's ghost was a keystone for the book's story
