It’s also the story of a young man who becomes a real resistance fighter simply by doing his job at a radio station that is determined to get the truth out the people.
Really great stuff and well worth a watch. Especially today in 2025. 2/2

At the Eastern European Film Festival, watched Waves, a political thriller that is a harrowing look at life under the late 60s authoritative, oppressive regime of the Czech Republic, which allowed no freedom of the press unless it agreed with its own views and agenda. 1/2
