TCSMS PBL: In order to make gel fishing lures, you need molds. Today was mold making day.

TCSMS PBL: We added Me & The Bees Lemonade to our list of social enterprise companies; a true Bee-Corp! 🐝

TCSMS PBL: We learned about, then added, Me & The Bees Lemonade and @Seed2Shirt to our list of social enterprise companies.

TCSMS ROBOTICS: We are going to investigate how drones can be used in farming while learning how to code drones. But first we need a farm to fly over so we are building one in our classroom. We added a 3D printed silo today.

TCSMS PBL: We had some hits and misses today designing and printing display stands for the bracelets we are selling for our social enterprise business.

On the date in the history of my classroom…

My classroom shell pile always has kids stopping and playing. Today it was making a shell bowl of shell cereal. 😋

TCSMS PBL: Kids checking all the sewing machines today to make sure they are ready for what we are going to put them through in the coming weeks.

With the Winter Olympics playing in the background of our work, I did have a lot of kids asking lots of questions when curling was shown. I know I am their go-to answer man but I was no help today. 😀

TCS MEDIA: The first book of our spring Book Fair has been sold. Next week will be fun!

Nice to see I end the week with a strong approval rating. 😀

TCSMS PBL: We added BLK & Bold Coffee to our list of social enterprise companies we are learning about. These companies show it’s possible to make money and help others in the process.

Setting up my classroom for the school week this morning. We will have one eye on launch pad 39B @NASAKennedy all week as @NASAArtemis II prepares for launch.

TCSMS ROBOTICS: I received a grant from the Florida Farm Bureau told have my students explore ways drones can help farmers. So today, we started putting material together to make our model farm.

What did you hear in your hallway after school on Friday?

TCSMS PBL: Our newest social enterprise company to make our board is BLK & Bold Coffee

TCS MEDIA: Our button and bottle cap solar system got some use today when fourth graders learned how far from @NASANewHorizons had to go to take pictures!

TCS MAKERSPACE: She dropped her science project and pieces fell off. So she came me to get supplies for an emergency repair. The water cycle has been preserved. 😅
