Made the mistake of adding texture to my blended soup and now I'm sick as a dog again cool cool

Sometimes you wake up and spend the morning reading all of the stuff your friend has written with your characters

March is shaping up to be full of tests and procedures. I have some pretty important appointments in April for medical concerns I've not really talked about here. But I've waited a year for a specialist.

I also worry that I'll be too physically weak to help my girlfriend with setup, which upsets me more than not creating anything new at this point.

I still want to try to table at PopCon. An attempt will be made. I just won't have a lot of new merchandise.

The sad boba eyed baby who figured out something was funky with my health before I did. She's been glued to me for months now.

Smaller bills are covered by passive income, so I'll manage those as they come. At this point, I'll just take as stress free a birthday as I can get.

I'm really tired. Best I can do at this point is just share a doodle here and there when I'm not too exhausted to hold my arms up. Or spam pictures of my cats.

Okay, I hate to do this because I was hoping some of my health issues would be resolved enough by March to take (and finish) commissions but that's not happening. I don't have the energy to draw right now and I have a needle biopsy + endoscopy to deal with.

Got the results back and yup :') Biopsy is happening because a lot of things are pointing towards it being malignant.

I've basically been choking on a walnut sized growth for a month. Maybe longer. That doesn't explain the severe abdominal pain but I'll get my answers to that later.

He's not a favorite of mine either tbh but I guess I'm curious to see what character development he gets?

So the thyroid nodule is basically 3x3x4 cm now and is the reason I can't breathe without gasping or swallow without turning my neck. A small piece of the mystery in play now.

I wrote this comic 2 years ago. I was terrified when I wrote it but had hope it wouldn't come to pass and would be a reminder of how bad things got before we pulled back.

It not only has, it has gotten even worse. This is absolutely terrifying and will destroy lives if passed.

I wrote up a script for people unsure what to say or who have anxiety about calling. fellow cis people, you have no excuse to not put your lives on the line for trans people. we are past the point of simply hoping things improve.

I'm definitely pleasantly surprised, considering I wasn't sure the blended soup was thin enough to avoid triggering pain. There's still discomfort and the lack of texture is gonna be an issue eventually, but it's still a win :'>

I was having a little victory moment earlier because I made curried carrot soup and managed to eat a small bowl without much issue. This is maybe the weakest I've felt yet and all I did was put the leftovers away.

I'd feel bad even offering a 'sponsor a drawing' type thing because drawing at all is exhausting.

I don't want to but I can't take commissions like this and I have to pay bills and get tags for my car. If I'm being honest, I was really hoping I'd have some answers and possible solutions before my birthday next but here we are.

The fact that I might have to make an emergency funds post for March, because fastest I can get an endoscopy is the beginning of April and I'm in so much pain that I can't even do dishes and I feel like I'm starving, is killing my soul.
