Last night wasn’t just a visit to Rapahoe Beach, it was a seat on the front porch of the galaxy. When the light faded and the aurora slipped behind the hills, it left nothing behind but a spectacular gallery of photos and the hum of adrenaline still coursing through me.

Absolutely, New Zealand and Australia had a spectacular show. The weather was challenging in my location but at least there was a window of opportunity to take some photos 📷

On the rugged shores of the Tasman Sea, where the 10 Mile Bluff meets the endless horizon, an extraordinary sight unfolded. As twilight embraced the land, a multi-colored aurora danced across the sky, painting the heavens in vibrant hues of green, purple, and pink. The shimmering lights reflected off the waters below, creating a mirror image of the celestial spectacle. Standing there, feeling the cool breeze and the gentle sound of the waves, it was as if nature itself was weaving a tapestry of magic and wonder, a moment frozen in time, shared between the earth and the sky.

On the rugged shores of the Tasman Sea, where Nine Mile Bluff meets the horizon, an incredible sight unfolded. As twilight set in, a multi-colored aurora danced across the sky, reflecting off the waters below, creating a magical moment shared between earth and sky.
