Yeah, I'd forgotten that I used to just get my lenses changed when my prescription changed, pre-Specsavers.
But since all public sector workers are underpaid, I'm OK with the compromise on this one. 🤓

I couldn't afford my varifocals anywhere other than Specsavers! But I did indulge myself with a spare pair and sunglasses. CCEA marking paid for it this year. 😎

I did! A lovely fella called Michael who knew what he was doing sorted it out, £40 well spent.

Sad news.
This man gave me my first teaching job in 97 when i was starting to think it wasn't the career for me and while I only worked for him for a year, he made such an impression. He was amazing and is one of the first people who comes into my head when anyone talks about qualities of a leader.
