When it comes to communication, I notice again and again that most people go for the most obvious or for what exactly reflects themselves, or only want to hear or read what they believe to be the truth. The idea of honesty and trust down the drain.

when you are thrown back to a time in the past, and I know that I am different today, I realize a bitter sweet memory. Full of melancholy, sadness, chaos and something that I misinterpreted as being happy.

If the standards of a service provider are high, you can be sure that the products are usually satisfactory. If I am understood neutrally and there are no hidden biases, everything should be ok, shouldn't it? I am always amazed at how unclear communication can be. #service
