Some assorted concept sketches, The bats are one division of balloons but another consists of round/pear shaped beast creatures that are the bigger, stronger dodgeballs.

The yeti-like one is the base design with others riffing off that one design, main thing they have in common is body shape.

More recent sketches of that really big beast balloon. not used in any cards, just been wanting to work on the design.

an extraordinary large Sootseer, large enough to take up nearly 90% of the entire screen. his face is wide, his belly wider, and his arms tucked nicely in. also, slightly larger Tarantriss, hiding amongst the cliffs, betrayed by the rising dawn Artist's Note: it's pretty much as the description says. Cut a liiiiiiiittle short, since this was done before I have to go to work, and it still doesn't cut it quite like my laptop does (the very nature of my iPad means I'm down a few things that makes drawing easier). But as it stands? It's nice. Final Time: 1h 49m

put a bit more time into CSP, ended up with this. feels slightly more natural than Procreate, even with all the time I put into it. right at home, as it were.
