I think I've only ever seen one creator who was explicit in wearing PPE from the very beginning of their videos and thats steadycrafsman-- "always wear your dust mask" and he even made a lil song for it www.youtube.com/watch?v=p_65...

It doesn't help that all the intro videos/tutorials into hobbies that require PPE...have people explicitly not wearing PPE.

I do feel like I've seen more content creators recently saying to wear PPE-- but maybe its just the ones I watch
