Hi folks, I'm here at Bluesky because I've given up on Facebook, not due to politics but the fact that I tried for almost two weeks of continuous messaging with Meta tech support and they could NOT manage to enable me to enter a payment method. They are a mess! Still getting over it.

I've been in an online chat session with Meta tech support for nearly two weeks continuously, merely trying to add a payment method. I've made screen shots of the entire chat and I'm posting a link to the first half, compiled into one long scroll. See if this link survives. I'm new here.

Fugitive from FB here, I've been on an online chat with Meta tech support for TWO WEEKS, just trying to enter a "payment method". These people are idiots, I am shellshocked and dumbfounded at how they are running me around.
