Lack of empathy is the primary identifier in the clinical definitions of sociopathic AND psychopathic personality disorder. Musk and Trump, are sociopaths and are very likely straight up psychotic. Admitted sociopaths are the leaders of the US right now. So what are we going to do to stop them?
