If anything, this is far more likely to get people to skim content of their contracts where they weren't reading anything before.

Reflexively, I thought this was bad, but after some thought I came around to it probably being a good thing to have out in the world. Contracts are so arduous that the average person doesn't read them. People compelled to read them are the minority, and will continue to do so.

Why use that model in particular? I think it’s the oldest one publicly available right now; not that it means it’s bad. I’ll often use it for more technical things
