An old couple I grabbed a pic of a few years back. They just stood there, holding hands for some time, gazing across the estuary at Arnside. Wonder if they were both thinking about the same thing?

Certainly a Lambretta sort of day. A good spot to sit and watch over Walney Channel.

Morecambe prom from the Midland Hotel this evening. I've been wanting to stay here since the refurbishment in the 2000's. Not disappointed. Great view of South Cumbria too.

On this day, 2018. Gorgeous day around Tilberthwaite in the Lake District. Many of my childhood holidays were spent here in the 70's, sometimes for weeks at a time. Just a big tent in a field with loads of (usually) drunk adults. Special place.

Hopefully, this one will get a run out over Christmas. 1966 VW Beetle.
