This is a photo of Pentre Ifan - a stunning Neolithic burial chamber in Pembrokeshire, Wales - deep in perfect snow early on 20 November 2025 following a visit from a meteorological phenomenon known as the "Pembrokeshire Dangler". The sky was grey and cloudy, and it was snowing quite heavily - so, whilst it may look like a black and white photo at a first glance, it isn't.

#PentreIfan, our local #Neolithic #burialchamber, looking even more otherworldly than usual last week. What a privilege it was to see it like this, with not even a single footprint in the #snow.

This is a monochrome image of the Preseli Hills in Pembrokeshire, Wales after a massive snow dump resulting from a meterological phenomenon known as the "Pembrokeshire Dangler" in November 2025. A band of grey sky can be seen above the white hills at the top of the image, and simple lines of fences, gates and shrubs look like they have been etched on the snow. Although it looks like it may be a black and white image, it isn't!

This photo was taken at twilight on the Wales Coast Path near Gwbert in Ceredigion on 15 September 2025. It was so windy and stormy that it was very hard to stay upright. Waves are crashing over a cliff in the foreground, and it felt like they were trying to reach the stunning pink cloud which appeared to be suspended in the sky.

Almost literally blown away by the power of nature…what a stunning and exhilarating sundown walk I had on the Wales Coast Path near #Gwbert in #Ceredigion last week.

Looking towards Dinas Head from the Parrog in Newport, Pembrokeshire, Wales on 15 August 2025. The calm waters of the Nevern Estuary are in the foreground and, as they snake their way to the sea, they form a leading line to the headland beyond. The pink sky takes on a golden hue when reflected in the estuary, and the pools of water that can be seen on the sand add to the overall impression of a lino cut.

This a photo of the coastal village of Cwm-yr-Eglwys (Valley of the Church) in Pembrokeshire, Wales. A slate path leads the eye through a grassy churchyard to the sea and the headland beyond. Following a series of storms in the 19th century, the western entrance wall is all that remains of the stone church. The sky is bright blue with wispy white clouds.
