Day 3 saw the continuation of 1-to-1 surgery sessions, methodologist calls & writing sessions. In the breaks, participants explored the beauty of @gladlib.bsky.social's grounds! 🌳

Wrapping up with a reflection session, we then said goodbye to our participants who promised to keep in touch.

Post-dinner, Professor Rob Poole ( @bangoruniversity.bsky.social ) gave an interesting talk on his experience on panels & own unconventional research career. Our participants explored the nearby village, Hawarden, including the ruins of the Hawarden Old Castle (and saw some sheep πŸ‘).

On day 2, participants were fully immersed in their writing, enjoying the reading room, dedicated stretching sessions & sunny weather! β˜€οΈ

Dr Jacobsen & Dr Hyndman held 1-to-1 surgery sessions to give feedback on applications. Participants also discussed their research with RSS methodologists.
