DHS Gives Local Cops a Facial Recognition App To Find Immigrants The app, called Mobile Identify and available on the Google Play Store, is specifically for local and regional law enforcement agencies working with ICE on immigration enforcement.

The app called Mobile Fortify uses facial recognition to nearly instantly bring up someone’s name, date of birth, alien number, and whether they’ve been given an order of deportation.

Now DHS is giving local cops access to the app to find more immigrants.

Thinking PVC for all the over/under obstacles so we don't have to worry about padding it. There serpentine could be 4×4 posts like you were thinking; we can add deck post PVC sleeving to reduce splinter injuries. All obstacles should be concreted in the ground with footers for the stairs as well to add rigidity and limit decomposition. We could definitely build it - probably take a 3-5 days total.
