I'm now at Cal State San Bernardino's Peace Garden, dedicated to the memory of five alumni who were murdered in the Dec. 2, 2015 mass shooting at the Inland Regional Center in San Bernardino.

About 100 people gathered here today, many of them county staff. Thirteen of the 14 people murdered worked for San Bernardino County.

Hagman: The county has commissioned a bell as a new memorial, which will be rung in remberance of the 14 killed.

Cal State San Bernardino has had something similar since 2006.
