I think it’s time we redefine for ourselves what is acceptable office workwear for women - beyond feeling like we’re in drag (drab suits) or uncomfortable in high heels. More power to those women who genuinely prefer those options. Personally I’ve decided that colourful sneakers are totally fine 😄

Fun fact: last year we ran this for the first time and people on Facebook said it’s sexist to imply medical misogyny exists cause that somehow means that you are denying women can be doctors
