hollow knight in a nutshell

i’ve never played it before and have somehow managed to dodge literally any form of spoiler for nearly ten years. it’s good. i get it now

responsible choices were made tonight (played hollow knight for five hours straight)

why is coming up with character names the absolute worst. this poor iop who i haven’t even drawn yet has been nameless for months

every few years i fall down the same rabbit hole searching every possible avenue in the hopes it was an error and i’d find the complete album somewhere somehow. today i found out it’s a definitive no, they were intentionally omitted. sobbing on my knees

like man. i waited six whole years for that and i even got here LATE. then when it was finally released, the two songs i was desperate to have weren’t even on the track list. absolute misery

arguably the only thing worse than an OST never being released for something is it being released, but the handful of songs that actually mean something to you are inexplicably missing from it

i am someone who will spend literal hours formatting text docs and spreadsheets to be overly thorough and perfect for me. the diagnosed ocd side is screaming a little bit but as long as the adhd side can parse the text then it’s good enough for now. i can format it to be perfectly digestible later

“just make it exist first, you can make it pretty later” is really coming in clutch for archiving documentation right now in case we lose access to some sites due to (gestures) the everything

and of course by this i mean anything but canon doom. i am once again recovering from a procedure and aruna in particular is peak comfort content as usual
