Clearing Out; Letting Go I used to say that things I no longer use are "dead," but I've come to see that it's not the things that are dead, but my relationships to them. Now is a perfect time for reflection and renewal.

We are moving through the time for reflection that the Summer Solstice affords. Now is a good time to move that reflection toward intentional evolutionary change.

Now is a good time to take action. To clear out and let go of things that no longer serves creates space to grow and freedom to breathe.

The way you meet opportunities and challenges, and what you think about them, is important to consider – a crucial aspect of responding with either strength or fear.
Take time to consider your next step. Let your most powerful and positive response be supported by and congruent with your words.

Filtered Reality We really don’t deal with each other directly; we interact through a system of preconceptions. We all have filters through which we perceive the world and thereby create our experience, our reality.

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about the way in which what people believe are reflections of their preconceptions about the world around them. These preconceptions are not necessarily true or accurate, but they do filter what we interpret to be the reality of our experience.

And it was surprisingly cheap.

Change The Narrative With Gratitude Let's change the narrative, the stories that we tell about life, the universe, and everything. Let's work together to create a new narrative, one of compassion, respect, caring, abundance.

Sometimes my inspirations come from a place of encouragement. Sometimes, when I’m feeling out of alignment, they are reminders of who I am and who I choose to be. Sometimes, they are both. Focusing on Gratitude seems a good idea these days. The Sun is always shining somewhere.

The result is that there was no input to the cr/bill at all. No attempt to force a negotiation. They caved.
