if your “world class” airport does not have convenient public transportation to and from the city it serves, it’s not really “world class”.

honestly this should be for so many laws and regulations, not just zoning. changes in culture, advancement in science and tech always calls for updating laws.

urban areas should not have any free (unpaid) parking. no more free 2hr parking. no more free on weekends parking.

I am convinced that suburbanites go to downtown so there’s somewhere they can walk around (without realizing it) but then advocate for things that would ruin the very thing they’re visiting
