Tell Congress: Stop Trump's move to take over state elections Contact Congress today!

🚨 Trump's cronies are circulating a draft executive order to declare a phony "national emergency" over made-up foreign election interferenceβ€”just so he can seize control of our state-run elections.

This isn't about integrityβ€”it's a blatant attempt to rig the midterms.

Tell Congress to act NOW:

Countdown to launch. T-minus 10 days (but your book will arrive before that). #BookSky

Unfortunately, this book is all too relevant in our current political moment. Help spread the word.

I really hope when the dust clears on these 2 trying to out-scumbag each other, they DO wind up in shackles at The Hague.

The Department of Justice has sued 30 states and DC for access to their unreacted sensitive voter data. My law firm is fighting them in all 30 cases.

We are dedicating so many resources because these are the most important legal fights and the future of free and fair elections is at stake.

And here we all are at the beginning of WWIII. Interesting how much a distraction it is from Trump's involvement in the biggest sex trafficking ring in the history of the world 🌎 EVER. Release the fully unredacted Trump/Epstein files. NOW.

Not receiving consent and moving forward anyway is a consistent theme in his life β€” as E. Jean Carroll can attest

Why is it a problem? If you need lists for organizing your life, then lists are a solution.

Nonsense. This planet can support 8 billion humans, if only we use it wisely instead of having capitalism abuse and pollute it for profit.

And we'll have to stop eating meat.

Yes.

The US is simply subservient to Israel. The Biden administration also supported Israel's war crimes in Gaza.

Thanks. But does this mean that the first generations of humans who started to speak already had words for all the categories they had in their brains, or just a few?

#Armageddon?

Does the present US administration plan to nuke all of life on Earth to extinction?

Wow!

Thanks again for enlightening me.

So, when humans started to speak, they already had many cognitive categories.

2 questions arise:
- is a core set of these categories genetically encoded, or does every individual acquire them again?
- did humans very soon have words for all categories?

OK, thanks for enlightening me.

But has there never been a phase in the development of human language where people had only a very limited vocabulary? Does science know anything about these very early phases?

03.03.2026 07:39 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 1    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

True.

My impression may be false, but I feel that the way toki pona makes one struggle and describe his ideas using a small vocabulary is what very early human speakers had to do.

Avoiding lexicalization is a new way of handling past use of a language.

It's like forgetting that "sunny side up" is some egg dish.

Is it practical? Time will tell. But it's necessary in a 120-words language indeed.

And once one chooses it, it might be fun.

"No lexicalization!"

Sadly, lexicalization seems a natural human tendency.

So what?

Ancient history doesn't give any rights on present lands of other people. If it would, the entirety of the US would be rightful property of American Indians.

Disband the genociding, land-stealing mafia disguising as the state of israel!
