If you bought a PC copy on Steam or GOG, you probably don't have this sadly. It's available with player-created mods though.

Army Men is a series of video games that features plastic toy soldiers fighting in life size environments, releasing on the PS2, GameCube, DS, N64, PC, and more.
It began with "Army Men" published in 1998, and (arguably) peaked with "Army Men RTS" in 2002.
Some are still available today digitally.
