It’s not “hate” to insist girls are entitled to their Single Sex Association being just for them. It’s misogynistic to take away their guiding in order to appease people who invade their spaces. Let these boys join the Woodcraft Folk!

You ended up here ∵ GirlGuiding did not protect girls’ single sex spaces. If you wanted to admit boys who say they are girls you could have let in ALL boys.
If you hold out GG as a single sex association then you can only have females in it. That has always been the law; obey it now.

UKSC hasn’t changed the law! Males u 18 can’t gain a GRC. Even with one, ALL males are excluded from a single sex association like GirlGuiding if it’s “a proportionate means of achieving a legitimate aim.”

The Equality Act defines woman as “a human female of any age.” Males are not & never can be females. GirlGuiding can’t admit any male without allowing every male; that’s why the Association should never have permitted males with the additional protected characteristic of gender reassignment to join.

We are not clownfish! Sex in mammals is binary, immutable, and hugely important in a variety of spheres.
It’s sexist to suggest a human can change their sex and to tell infants that it is possible is child abuse.
Men cannot breastfeed; giving a baby drug induced exudate is sexual assault.

Once single sex facilities are provided it IS obligatory for them to be single sex. And if they are NOT single sex they indirectly discriminate against women.

John if you would listen to Lord Hodge’s summation and read the judgment you would know. The fact ppl were liable to criminal prosecution for disclosing if someone had a GRC meant service providers didn’t ask and so self-ID became the norm. See section 22 of GRA. And try reading the 88 page ruling 🤷🏻‍♀️

I suggest you read the judgment before you assert that it’s absurd. It’s fully compliant with the ECHR, where most of the rights are “qualified rights,” with a “wide margin of appreciation” for nations’ laws.

Nonsense; there’s no “religious right insurgency” in UK. And the EHRC’s job is to balance competing claims of rights. We all have multiple protected characteristics: gender reassignment is just one of nine PCs; it’s not at the head of a hierarchy.

This is disappointing. We have had a social contract in place for hundreds of years. Women are entitled to single sex spaces.

The Greens are abusing their former principles, busily discriminating against members who know what the law says. That party is facing yet more legal claims for victimising and expelling (mostly women) members.

We have always been able to tell who is female and who’s male. A very few men who have had extensive cosmetic surgery seem in photos to be women but in real life their gait, physique and voice are apparent to women, who have learned to be observant of such details.

Lord Hodge, Deputy President of the UK Supreme Court summed it up: “Many organisations have got the law wrong”

Single sex spaces are “a proportionate means of achieving a legitimate aim” (safety, privacy, dignity when undressed or asleep; fair play in sport) under the Equality Act. They have never included men who say they’re women. Excluding males has never been controversial till Stonewall, 2015, #nodebate
