i’m gonna start putting EVIL frequencies in my music that give you HEADACHES and BONERS

I want someone to see a piece I’ve made and feel like we just had a 3am conversation in a parked car I want them to walk away touched I want that intimacy transcend through space and time I want ART

I want to figure out how to better inject myself into my work how to more effectively transfer my energy to canvas

I want to make art that moves people like everyone does and I’m realizing that isn’t found only in technique it’s found in the essence the story your art is telling

There is value in that art I still stopped and took a picture it’s still beautiful but do I feel anything? Is there any context? The person who made this do I have now have a better mental image of this person after viewing this piece? No.

Not to say that’s disrespectful or a slight but do I want to make the kind of art that ends up on the wall of a kitchen and bath supply shop restroom? Do I want to make the kind of art that ends up at tjmaxx with a 12$ tag?

Saw this painting today and I had to stop. It’s abstract black white and red with circles and texture the exact thing I’d crave from my art.
It was by the bathroom.

Went to an antique store :3 love going to these places hopefully there’s stores full of cool old shit when I’m 60

Just always worried the longer I’m around someone the greater the chances I’ll do something weird in a bad way and not notice but I have to remind myself people that are weird in a bad way have just as much self control as you do, they’re bad bc they can stop hurting people at any moment

And that makes me wonder about my blind spots the mfs who talk in circles about getting better but can’t or won’t see their gaping emotional wound, just a worry idk

What if I’m the weird that’s not just an acquired taste but the weird that’s an active danger to be around “worrying about it means you’re probably safe” apparently not someone of these weird mfs are popping out after being seemingly self aware

I feel like I ride the line between black mold and blue cheese. I’m constantly told I’m weird and unreadable but in a good way and then I see mfs get outed for being weird in the bad way and it’s always a surprise and I’m like what if it’s contagious
