I'm replaying through the PS2 Guitar Hero games with RetroAchievements enabled and managed to get #1 on the leaderboard on my first run of Synchronicity II. Very nice.

If Nintendo and these other companies could stop scheduling their video game announcements during the work day, that would be great

The intro to this song is ridiculous. One hour of attempts later. I had to FC this intro 4 times because the first 3 times involved a stupid miss later in the song due to nerves.

I had found a cool used Les Paul earlier this week that finally made me understand why people like these guitars. I have tried several models over the years, but none of them would fit my body or hands right, so it felt refreshing to play on a model like this one that made me change my perspective.

Tonight was great, I managed to hit 2 new personal records:
- My first ever 1000 note streak on drums.
- My first ever drums FC. This was done on Hard, and I am hoping to get one on Expert soon.

So glad I pulled my dusty RB1 drum kit out of storage. I'm having a blast.

This is so cool. It really expands games as an art beyond how the medium is typically packaged.

The new Android mobile UI update is very reminiscent of Apple iOS (again). Not sure I'm a fan so far.

Currently recovering from a Lasik operation, and booted up GH3 for the first time in a bit. I'm getting new high scores now that my vision is better, who would have thought.
