Typically, after finishing a manuscript I put it away for six months before reading it again.

So after six months I just pulled out my newest to re-read and I have to say—I love it even more.

We had to say a tearful goodbye today to the sweetest boy ever. Dusty was a gentle giant, my writing partner, and the BEST cuddler. We're going to miss him most tonight when he's not there, wedged in between us and purring loudly as we go to sleep. 💔
